One page, plain language. This is the whole agreement. Updated August 21, 2026.
RecordRefinery ("we," "us") sells the county record feeds described below. By purchasing a pilot or subscription, you ("subscriber") agree to the following.
1. What you are buying. A recurring data file of newly filed probate case records for the county named at checkout, compiled from public court records, delivered to your subscriber portal on the schedule stated on the county page, together with the public county quality card and the First-30-Days playbook. We notify you by email when each file is ready; the files themselves are downloaded from the portal.
2. What you may do with the data. Use it inside your own organization for your own business: research, marketing, acquisitions, and outreach that you conduct yourself. One organization per subscription.
3. What you may not do. You may not resell the data, republish it, post it publicly, or provide the files, your portal access, or any substantial portion of the data to anyone outside your organization. If someone else wants this data, send them to us.
4. Compliance is yours. Phone numbers arrive with Do Not Call status and litigator flags. These are signals, not filters: we do not remove flagged rows, and we do not decide what you may lawfully do. Complying with telemarketing, texting, and mail laws (including TCPA, the national and state Do Not Call rules, and CAN-SPAM) in how you contact anyone in the data is entirely your responsibility.
5. Where the data comes from. Public court records, compiled and enriched by us. Every row links to its source docket entry so you can verify it. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any court or clerk. We correct reported errors and log corrections on the county quality card, but public records contain errors and gaps, and the data is provided as is: verify before you act on any row.
6. Billing, cancellation, refunds. The subscription bills monthly at the price shown at your checkout, starting on the day you subscribe. Your first month carries a full money-back guarantee for the period stated at checkout. We email you 7 days before every charge, so nothing is charged without that notice arriving first. Your monthly price does not increase while your subscription remains active; any future price change applies to new subscriptions only. Cancel anytime from your subscriber portal or by replying to any of our emails; cancellation stops all future charges and your access runs to the end of the period already paid. If we ever end your subscription for a reason other than a breach of this agreement, we refund the unused portion of the current period.
7. If something goes wrong. The most we can ever owe you, for anything to do with this agreement or the data, is the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes, law, and who you are dealing with. If we change this agreement, we email you before the change applies to you. This agreement is governed by Florida law. You are contracting with Inform Media LLC, the company that operates RecordRefinery.
